Description
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work - Monday: 10am-6pm and Tuesday-Friday: 6am-4pm
Qualifications - At least 18 years of age, Ability to perform essential functions, prior experience as lead cook preferred
Work Authorization/Security Clearance -Authorized to work in the United States and pass all background clearances.
Summary/Objective - The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving of food, supervising kitchen staff in food preparation and serving, directing and supervising the cleanup of the kitchen area and equipment, and assisting in ordering/inventory of food supplies.

Plan daily meals
Food preparation in accordance with NYS DOH regulations.
Direct kitchen staff in food serving/preparation.
Direct and supervise cleanup of area and utensils.
Assist consultant in ordering and inventory of food supplies.
Ensure kitchen area is maintained in a safe manner at all times

Work Environment -This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
