Description
The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, including Ulster, Greene and Putnam counties, is seeking an enthusiastic clinician that will serve as a support to multiple residential and day habilitation programs within our agency.
We have a full-time opportunity in the Carmel area, in Putnam County.
Responsibilities include performing Functional Behavior Assessments; developing and monitoring Behavior Support Plans, Medication Monitoring Plans, and Risk Management Plans; providing training to staff on plans or other relevant topics; attending team meetings and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; providing Intensive Behavioral Services (IBS) and Family Support Services (FSS).
This seasoned professional reports to and regularly collaborates with the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday/9:00 am to 5:00 pm/Flexible, based on needs of program
STARTING SALARY: BIS - $ 61,214.40 to $ 88.545.60 per year
Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Psychology or Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field is required
Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral services to people with disabilities is a plus
BCBA is preferred
Bilingual a plus!
