We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Northern Region.

Our Honeysuckle house, located in Catskill, is the home to four amazing ladies, who enjoy getting out of the house. They love to go shopping at all kinds of stores, in and around town. And if it's summer time, a trip to the beach or a water park is on the agenda.

Do you like music? Do you enjoy watching movies? As an employee at Honeysuckle, get ready to chat with the ladies about their favorite music and movies. You will even get to watch along with them! If you enjoy doing arts and crafts, you can help with all the fun projects the ladies plan to do for each holiday!

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Friday - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm/Saturday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm/must be flexible, based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $ 58,500 per year

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates degree; Bachelors degree highly desired

  • Supervisory experience

  • NYS Driver's License

  • Experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
