Some feedback from our employees & student interns about LISH:
I would recommend LISH as a good place to work because of the collaboration, mutual respect, and humanity.
I observed LISH for the day as a student, all staff members were very welcoming and caring; they were not only welcoming and caring with me, but towards their patients as well.
"My direct manager, is great! [They are] always asking for feedback on my work day and doing what [they] can to make the days run more smoothly for all involved."
"The most valuable thing I took from my (interning) experience was the focus of keeping patients first. LISH is true to their mission statement and it really instilled in me those same values."
"Coworkers are kind, courteous and respectful of each other and the patients."
"My manager is interested in me as a person not just someone in a workplace, [They Have] an open door policy for questions and help find solutions when problems arise. [They] treat all staff fairly and always acknowledges a job well done."
