• Experience in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Accounting knowledge.
• Possess skills in verbal and written communication, be able to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks, customer relations, detailed work, record keeping, problem solving, confidentiality and reasoning.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Boy Scouts of America program (preferred)
The Greater Niagara Frontier Council, Boy Scouts of America is seeking applicants for the position of Camping Coordinator at our Council office. This full-time position provides general administration support by performing any or all of the following duties: intake and administration of registration applications, camping reservations, merit badge reservations and event reservations through BSA’s point of sale system. Coordinates weekend and summer camping reservations and details with necessary camp personnel. Intake and administer various awards earned including maintaining database. Administer certificates of insurance to units as needed. This position interacts with customers, internal and/or external, to supply information.
Well qualified candidates will have excellent inter-personal communication skills, be upbeat and positive, and have strong computers skills.
