Landscape Laborer: (3) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 04/01/2025-11/20/2025.
Employer: Commercial Lawn and Landscape, Inc. (dba) LB Landscaping. 6083 State Route 31, Cicero, NY 13039. Jobsites Located In: Cortland, Monroe, Jefferson, Broome, Albany, Erie, Seneca, and Onondaga Counties.
Duties: Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborer with a minimum of three months experience in landscape labor who is able to work with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers, also, installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs, placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to SO pounds. Work performed on local area job sites with employer provided transportation to and from the job sites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.

No education required. 3 months of experience required. On the job training offered.
Work Days: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm, 40 hours/week at $19.82-$24.00/hour based on experience and performance. OT at $29.73-$36.00/hour when available. Some OT and weekends may be available, but is not guaranteed.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
