This Customer Service Representative position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people. As a Customer Service Representative, you are where the first impression of the company is developed. It will be your responsibility to use your skills and abilities to determine the clients needs and assist them in any way necessary. You will be taking incoming calls, making outbound calls and booking appointments. Following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Training is included in the position. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALIITY ARE OF THE UPMOST IMPORTANT Answer incoming client telephone calls. Recognize this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Excellent communication with the client is essential on every phone call. Taking care of the client is the highest priority. Consistently display a courteous and pleasant demeanor, as it has a positive effect on other team members. Ensure that each telephone call is answered before the third ring using the approved company greeting and script. Enter client data efficiently and accurately paying attention to detail. Make sure that all location and billing information is setup correctly. Determine the service contact as well as who is approved to request service. Escalate client issues to the proper department with any additional pertinent information where applicable. Must meet monthly Quality Assurance Reviews and benchmark requirements. Meet daily budgeted service appointments by backfilling any shortfall in the daily service schedule through outbound contact with maintenance agreement clients. Meet daily, weekly and monthly inbound and outbound call goals as established per project. Meet club sale goals as established by the contact center manager. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE A High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Exception is that current high school students will be considered for seasonal positions. Six months prior customer service experience in an inbound and outbound contact center sales environment, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SuccessWare 21 applications, a plus. Accurate data entry skill set, required.
