Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science preferred.

Job Description: Participates in the quality assurance process and follows up to ensure that all information system products
1.Maintains defect documentation and logs. Assists in generating problem resolutions and reporting.
2.Develops and documents quality assurance standards. Recognizes and identifies areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed.
3.Tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
4.Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Writes, maintains and automates software testing.
5.Perform other duties as assigned.
IT Standards, Procedures & Policies Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements Analysis Knowledge of and ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Application TestingKnowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development.
System Testing Knowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
Software Quality Assurance Knowledge of software quality assurance tools and techniques, and ability to evaluate new or enhanced systems, software packages and software applications to ensure adherence to functionality and quality requirements.
IT Quality Assurance Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of specific technical tools and testing methods to ensure the quality of IT production.
Quality Assurance and TestingKnowledge of and experience with processes, tools, and techniques for assuring high level of quality of technology products, systems and components.
Software Quality Assurance and TestingKnowledge of and ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems.
Software Product Quality Assurance Knowledge of a structured methodology for assuring quality of a software product throughout all stages of software development life cycle
