Applicants must:<br> <li> Be able to multitask in a fast-pace environment <li> Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment <li> Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) <li> Have experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware <li> Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen <li> Ensure all food and other items are stored properly <li> Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages<p> Preference given to applicants that have:<br> <li> Past experience in a food preparation environment <li> Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) <li> High school diploma or equivalent<p> Required Skills:<br> <li>Customer service <li>Organized <li>Attention to detail <li>Reliable <p> This is a seasonal position that will start approximately May 19th and will go until the end of our season. The position is part time / full time hire. Applicants must be responsible, trustworthy, hard working individuals that can adapt in an evolving business. Will be cross-trained for both Rookie's Craft House and Dugout Bar & Grill. Wages start at minimum with the opportunity for raises as work ethic and skill are shown.
