The Buffalo Premium Seat Sales Department is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in learning within the very heart of the entertainment industry! As an intern, you will be provided with the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the VIP program for our venue, Darien Lake Amphitheater.

Internship Learning Opportunities

  • Advertising for VIP Program

  • Recruitment of new VIP clients

  • How to provide quality customer service to VIP clients

  • How to use the internet to research and prospect potential clients

  • Coordination of VIP season ticket distribution and client incentives

  • How to plan in-season special events for VIP clients

  • Serve as concierge to our VIP clients

Internship Requirements

  • Business, Marketing or Communications Major

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0 scale

  • Must be for College Credit; no exceptions

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently on a daily basis

  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

This is a great internship opportunity in the Entertainment field. We are currently searching for a student in a qualifying program to fill this internship position for the spring and summer. This internship will be based in our Live Nation administration office at Darien Lake Amphitheater.

This internship runs from May until August. It is a non-paid position with flexible hours (minimum of 10 per week) to reflect the need of your college credit requirements.
