As part of our commitment to expanding our operations in Cortland we are seeking Production Workers II, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to become part of our team. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy contributing to a productive and safe work environment. The Production Worker II will be trained on all aspects of the production line and can perform any role required.

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and reliable Production Workers II to join our dynamic team in the Cortland, NY facility. As Production Worker II, you will work under the direct supervision of your supervisor and team leader. Using mechanical and manual means, you will be taking a team-based approach to moving raw material and packaging to, from, and within the production line.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform packaging size changes, minor repairs, and adjustments on equipment. Operate, process, fill, and pack materials on production line equipment according to production requirements and quality standards. Safely package and palletize finished products into appropriate containers, ensuring accurate labeling and proper sealing. Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications. Weigh and measure raw materials accurately to ensure correct recipe formulations. Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary. Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and production floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Accurately complete all related paperwork. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to move up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally over 40 pounds with assistance. Ability to perform basic math functions. Results-focused with the ability to self-motivate and work under limited supervision. Demonstrated experience working effectively and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships in a diverse team-based environment. Demonstrated ability to use logical thinking and independent judgment to solve problems. Excellent time management and organizational skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated ability to read, navigate, and interpret multiple computerized data collection, data entry, and inventory control systems.
