Landscape Laborer - (10) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 03/01/2025-11/19/2025.

Duties: SPRING CLEANUPS, (REMOVAL OF LEAVES, STICKS USING BLOWERS AND RAKES, AND THATCHING), FALL CLEANUPS, (REMOVAL OF LEAVES), MOWING OF LAWNS, TRIMMING OF SHRUBS, WEEDING, MULCHING, SPREADING OF TOPSOIL, TREE & SHRUB PLANTINGS, IRRIGATION WORK INCLUDES ISTALLING IRRIGATION LINES USING SHOVELS, PICKS AND REPAIRING BROKEN SPRINKLER HEADS. OPERATING OF RIDE ON MOWERS, WEEDWACKERS, SHRUB TRIMMERS AND BLOWERS. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS PER WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE.
3 months experience in maintaining grounds at high end hotel, resort or private club required. No education required.
Works Days: Varies Mon-Sun, 6am-2pm, 40 hours/week at $21.87-$27.75/hour. Up to ten hours OT available at $32.81-$41.63/hour. Range is based on performance.
A Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Optional employer-provided housing including utilities are available at no cost to the worker. Some meals are provided.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
