Develop your leadership potential and career
Over three years, our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You'll have three stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain.

Your first rotation will be in an Engineering role and will be site based.
You'll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end to end supply chain. You'll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.
Meanwhile, you'll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, IT Systems, or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business focus/interest. Graduation by Spring/Summer 2023. Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English

Other requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status
Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically and potentially internationally
