Balsam Farms LLC Field Worker in East Hampton, New York
6 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 4/1/24- 11/15/24.
Duties: OUTDOOR WORK, RAIN OR SHINE, STOOP LABOR, PLANTING & HARVESTING OF FLOWERS, VEGETABLES, FRUITS (corn, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins).
Requirements:
- 3 months experience necessary.
- Drug testing may be given post hire at employer expense.
- Frequent stooping/bending, repetitive movements, extensive sitting/walking.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Lifting requirement of 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
