The Raymond Corporation Co-Op, Raymond Leasing - Summer and/or Fall 2021 - East Syracuse, NY in East Syracuse, New York
Summer and Fall 2021 (May/June - December) / 40 hours per week
Housing allowance available to eligible candidates
Please note: This co-op is designed to provide an on-site work experience. However, due to current capacity restrictions, this assignment has the potential to include remote (possibly up to 50% or more) work projects. The remote work requirements could be subject to change at any time based on future pandemic developments.
Your Role
As a co-op at the Raymond Corporation, you will become a Data Specialist. We are looking for an individual who possesses the technical and analytical skills needed to become successful in the equipment finance industry. Your Responsibilities
Gain an understanding of the organization’s business processes relevant to the project’s goals
Test the integrity of data and information in various leasing databases and make corrections if needed
Document process knowledge by developing standard operating procedures
Compile and analyze large amounts of data
*Initiate, develop, and implement special business improvement projects
Your Key Skills & Qualifications
Required:* Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills* Ability to create lookup and pivot tables* Advanced Excel
Preferred:* An interest in the leasing industry, asset management, database management or information technology* Exposure to or an understanding of SQL, PowerBIYour Department
Raymond Leasing is looking to develop and deliver trusted data in a user friendly format to harness business value. You will be collaborating with team members who specialize in processes related to lease maturity, concentrating on equipment return and tracking.
