LOCATION OF POSITION:Monroe One BOCES - 41 O’Connor Road, Fairport NY 14450; Rochester City School District; Various Locations
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:June 17, 2025 – August 30, 2025; Per Diem (schedule planned ahead and flexible).
Mandatory Summer Set-Up Meetings:
June 4th = O’Connor Academy, eStart, Transition/Employment, Creekside (BPA Unit + TES Staff)
June 11th = Creekside (BUP Unit)
June 12th = Bird/Morgan
SALARY RANGE:$50.00 - $90.00 per hour or your 2025-26 rate in this title for current Monroe One Boces staff
*Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
DUTIES:
Perform physical examinations, primarily for sports participation and NYS mandated grade levels.
Consult with School Nurses as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Civil Service eligibility as a Nurse Practitioner: NYS certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty area(s) related to the work performed.
Possession of a valid NYS License and current Registration required.
CPR/AED Certification required.
School Health or Pediatric experience preferred.
Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
