T.Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric Lead Coordinator in Fishkill, New York
T.Webber is seeking outgoing and motivated Lead Coordinators to join our team. Our Lead Coordinators follow up with sales leads from a variety of sources to book qualified in-home appointments for our Sales team. They confirm and schedule appointments, manage Sales Reps schedules, complete basic administrative functions to support the Sales staff, and ensure every customer receives 5-star service.
We are looking for driven, outgoing and friendly personalities that will enjoy talking to an assortment of people. Must be persuasive, have great follow up skills and attention to detail. Compensation is hourly + bonus for set quality appointments.
Book Sales Leads: Coordinators follow up with leads from online marketing sources, events, Costco stores, and internal leads from different departments to book qualified in-home appointments for our Sales staff. You qualify each appointment to ensure the customers’ needs match our service offerings, provide initial product information, and educate the customer on what they can expect from their in-home appointment.
Manage Sales Schedule: You manage the scheduling of sales leads during your shift, ensuring each lead is matched to the most qualified staff. You confirm and reschedule appointments as needed and follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-show.
Coordinate Administrative Paperwork: In addition to following up with leads doggedly, you also complete basic reporting & administrative duties for the Sales Department, including: reporting KPIs on various lead sources and for each Sales Rep and ensuring customer CRM is kept clean & organized for proper follow up.

You are motivated: Following up with sales leads requires tenacity and exceptional follow-through. You aren’t afraid of rejection and are motivated to hit departmental goals.
You are computer-savvy and detail oriented: You are computer savvy and don’t have an issue learning new programs as needed. You are detail oriented and ensure that required documentation is completed correctly in a timely manner.
You’re ready to work: This position has a rotating shift with morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. You are available to work evenings and weekends as required. While we are seeking full-time staff with shift flexibility – we are also open to those seeking part time evening & weekend hours.
