Harvest Queen Farm, LTD Agricultural Equipment Operator in Florida, New York

Under direction of supervisor, operate tractors and farm equipment to till soil, mow grass, cut brush, prepare planting areas, plant transplants and seeds, spray crops (onions and salad greens). Use tractors and trucks on farm to move equipment and supplies including irrigation equipment, fertilizer, and other supplies. Set up and operate irrigation equipment. Control weeds mechanically and with herbicides. Harvest and take crops to storage or packing area. Grade and pack crops as needed. Basic English is required because of safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Six months of experience in aforementioned is required.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Frequent stooping, bending.
- Lifting requirement of 60 lbs.
