We are currently seeking an Intern in Facilities Management join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Facilities team at a client site, getting involved in providing service to customers, and designing how we can improve that service with new ideas, tools or processes.As an Intern in Facilities Management at JLL, you will:
Assist with creating documents for email distribution and general building communicationsDocumenting and creating efficiencies amongst different critical building programsUpdating presentations and documents to improve visibility and understanding of current deliverables to the ClientSupport the operationalization of building assets by field verifying, recording, and updating within our Centralized Computer Management system, CorrigoAssist with facility condition assessment, maintenance job plans, OCP support, Health Safety, and facilities administration.Coordinate and develop skills in vendor management, work order management, and client relationship management.Learn to review invoices and support reviewing a $35MM yearly building operating budget to identify trends & write variance commentaryProgram Details

Education, Skills, and Experience
