JOB TITLE: Janitorial Stadium Supervisor (Seasonal)
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Planning and assigning daily tasks to the janitorial staff -Inspecting the quality of the cleaning and maintenance work -Providing training and feedback to the janitorial staff -Ordering and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment -Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards -Handling customer complaints and requests
REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum 2-plus years' experience in the custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field in a fast-paced environment. -Prior supervisor experience in the janitorial or cleaning industry -Experience in supervising a team of more than 10 people -Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
