USTA (seasonal) Graphics Coordinator in Flushing, New York

Start Date: mid April
End Date: September 23, 2023
Create various US Open signs (i.e. hospitality signs, directional signs, logos for on- site use, fire safety signs, and sponsor signs)
Order inventory sign supplies, vinyl, Plexiglas, and tools for all US Open projects
Assist with the installation and removal of signs
Keep a daily log of all signs created (i.e. quantity, size, and department)
Keep the sign room organized
Other duties as assigned
Must be creative and have the ability to design layouts
Must have experience using Adobe Illustrator
Ability to learn graphics software and operate large format printer/plotter
Must possess Microsoft Office skills
Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
Must maintain a positive demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Available to work the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends and extended hours
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
This position is non-exempt
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
