Traveling Food Worker - 15 FT, temp, seasonal (H2B) jobs 04/01/2025 - 11/01/2025. Authentic Greek Food Corp, 99 Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010. Clean, wash, erect & take down equipment; take orders; slice, cook & serve food/drinks; make change; lifting (50 lbs) & able to perform duties as described reqd. Work outside in all weather conditions. Work sched & hrs vary widely.

35-45 H/W Wed-Sun,4pm-11pm. Work needs subject to industry practice & are not guaranteed per day, per wk, per schedule, per location, or per wrkr, e.g.,rainouts, brief periods without scheduled events, event dates & hrs set by agreement w/ sponsor & subject to change (based upon adverse weather, hrs of operation, day of the wk, attendance, size of the event, school schedules, amount of equipment in operation, staffing, etc.), & unforeseen cancellations.

In the event of approved, overlapping events, work needs may cause wrkr to be adjusted. No edu or exp reqd. Must pass post-hire background/drug test paid by employer. Job reqs the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able & available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksite under adverse weather; to enter into and comply with employment contract; to follow workplace rules and any lawful obligations; & to meet job performance standards.

Must cooperate with & complete job application, interview & any verification of supplied info; & any supplied info must be truthful, fully responsive & complete. Must comply w/ grooming reqs & dress code. Subject to discharge for cause. Season starts in Nassau Cnty NY (NY wage range $16.33-17.42/hr). Extensive travel to all events reqd & provided thru GA, MA, NC, NJ, NY, SC. Must travel from home at prior worksite to next worksite & optional transportation provided at no cost. Pay varies by state, Wages from $12.50-17.42/hr. OT varies $18.75-$26.13/hr.

Optional mobile housing (valued @ $125/wk), local convenience travel (valued @ $25/wk) & laundry facility (valued @ $10/wk) are available for wage credit and/or deduction, or any lesser amount to the max extent not prohibited by law. The employer will pay the cost of housing to the extent such costs would reduce the pay below the basic offered wage rate for the areas of intended employment. Wages calculated by single workweek, paid weekly on Tues. Employer will make all deductions from the wrkr's paycheck as reqd by law. Merit/sick/recruiting pay at employer's discretion.

Transportation to 1st worksite & return transportation paid & arranged by employer (& necessary, most economical & reasonable meals & lodging reimbursed during 1st workweek if wrkr presents documentation) for wage credit. If reqd by valid & controlling law, necessary, reasonable, the most economical alternative, & authorized, then transportation, meals & lodging to 1st worksite paid & arranged by employer & return transportation provided if the wrkr completes the employment or is dismissed early.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88/day during travel to a max of $59/day w/ receipts. Necessary tools, supplies, equipment, and uniform provided & laundered at no charge. This job order, including its wage & working terms & conditions, is contingent upon prevailing US immigration law, including DOL and DHS regs. If any such prevailing law is rescinded, superseded, vacated, or substantially modified, then the parties will renegotiate in good faith any affected term.
