T & D Resorts Inc. Assistant Office Manager in Franklinville, New York

FT: Assistant Office Manager, Franklinville T & D Resorts/Triple R Camping Resort & Trailer Sales is seeking a year-round Assistant Office Manager preferably with experience in the Hospitality industry. This position is a dream job. Basically, half the year you work from home. Half the year, your super busy. This job requires flexibility. Sometimes weekend hours can be late evenings when we are open mid summer. While working at the resort can be busy, you will be an integral part of our guest's memories of their excellent stay. Applicant will run the front desk at our campground. Applicant will be the first one our customers see when they get here to check in. Applicant has to be outgoing, friendly and like people, especially kids as we are a family run, family driven park. We are not the typical campground which is why our standards are so high. We are looking for someone who can make our guest experience exceptionally pleasant. Position is full time year round. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Make camping reservations for our customers Check camping guests in and out Cash customers out using a Point of Sale System Answer the phones Activate/deactivate gate codes Program the activity times in the Triple R app. Microsoft Word and basic Excel is a must. Place orders with suppliers Sign in inventory and put stock away Stock Coolers and shelves Tidy up front desk and store Health/Dental insurance is negotiable after two seasons (one year).
