We are looking for a clerk to support our Firm’s Departments. If you’re an organized, computer-literate, and ready to learn new skills, than this position is for you!

The Clerk is responsible for assisting our departments with a heavy volume of work that must be completed efficiently and accurately. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Review litigation authorizations

  • Scan documents in the Firm’s various systems

  • Update database daily

  • Use Outlook to set follow-up reminders

  • Enter new cases into the database with extreme accuracy

  • Perform routine filing

  • Monitor case and docket information online


  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Computer savvy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time-management is a must

  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures and protocols

  • Attentiveness to details and deadlines
