We are looking for a clerk to support our Firm’s Departments. If you’re an organized, computer-literate, and ready to learn new skills, than this position is for you!
Miller & Milone P.C. is a law firm that specializes in healthcare. Established in 1970, our Firm has grown and diversified our service lines. We strive to maintain a positive, professional, and employee-oriented atmosphere.
The Clerk is responsible for assisting our departments with a heavy volume of work that must be completed efficiently and accurately. Some of the responsibilities include:
Review litigation authorizations
Scan documents in the Firm’s various systems
Update database daily
Use Outlook to set follow-up reminders
Enter new cases into the database with extreme accuracy
Perform routine filing
Monitor case and docket information online
Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management is a must
Ability to work independently and follow procedures and protocols
Attentiveness to details and deadlines
