  • Verify members’ benefits, effective dates, claims, and appeal information with insurance companies

  • Research claims and insurance information in hospital databases

  • Document reason for denial of each claim in Firm’s database

  • Ascertain time frames in which claims must be appealed

  • Provide daily/weekly updates to management

    Position Requirements:

  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable spending up to 75% of day speaking with insurance representatives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Word)

  • Must be detail-oriented and analytical

    Schedule : The position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
