Geneseo is a selective, primarily undergraduate institution located in the attractive Genesee Valley of western New York. This residential campus of 5300 students is a member of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges and is one of twelve arts and science colleges within the State University of New York. This position is funded through the Undergraduate Student Association @ SUNY Geneseo.

Responsibilities included but not limited to: practices M-F early mornings during the academic school year with approximately 5 weekend regattas each season. Coordinate all practice sessions and training programs with an emphasis on safety. Promote a positive attitude, academic achievement, and personal growth. Participate in maintenance of equipment and crew facilities. Comply with all SUNY Geneseo/Student Assocation policies and procedures. This is a 9 month position.
Coordinate all practice sessions and training program
Participate in all regattes each season
Participate in maintenance of equipment and crew facilities
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
Demonstrated coaching experience in the sport of Crew
Excellent personal character
Demonstrated organizational and motivational skills
Demonstrated abilities in communication and community relations
Demonstrated ability to work with students, staff, administration, parents and alumni
AED, CPR and First Aid Certification
Valid driver's license with ability to be approved to drive a state vehicle
