Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookeryis a full-service restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a focus on scratch cookery using seasonal & local ingredients. On Monday nights our culinary team works together to build a three-course themed prix fixe, something our community looks forward to each week. Bartender
We are currently looking for experienced part-time bartender to work on the floor with us for 1-3 nights a week at our lively & social restaurant.
What we can expect from you:
2+ years of previous bartending experience -high-end & high-volume setting preferred
has wine, beer & cocktail recipe knowledge- advanced & regional knowledge preferred
to stay current & creative with culinary, beverage & hospitality trends
to complete side work & cleaning duties to standard
to maintain a clean and organized dining room & all FOH stations
strong customer service skills
effective communication & team work- you need to be able to work with all service staff all while communicating with the kitchen and guests
be a professional: remain composed -you are “on stage” at all times that you are in the dining room
full-time or part-time availability & willingness to be flexible with our team as needed
