What will my day look like?

  • Filing clinical paperwork as needed

  • Requesting medical records from various places such as pharmacies, providers, hospitals, etc.

  • Transferring patient medical charts to other Horizon clinics in response to record requests consistent with privacy guidelines

  • Keeping track of any received records and chart requests

  • Organizes, files and archives paper charts for active patients

  • Assisting with other projects as needed

You’ll be working at 55 Dodge Rd, Getzville NY.


Who doesn’t love a Monday through Friday schedule? You’ll coordinate a personalized schedule with your supervisor. You’ll work between the hours of 8:00am-7:30pm Monday-Thursday, and Friday between 8:00am-3:00pm.

Horizon 2021 Recruitment Bonus Program

Eligible Hires and Payment Structure:

  • Full Time hires will receive $300 after 30 days of continuously working and another $300 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $600.

  • Part Time hires will receive $150 after 30 days of continuously working and another $150 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $300.
