Develop pricing proposals and support contract negotiations with health plans to offer completive rates and support our mission to treatment and recovery.
Additional responsibilities include performing rate impact analysis, service and trend analysis, and contract expansions to maximize revenue.
Other duties as assigned within our Billing & Finance Department.

Bachelor’s degree required
Must have an understanding of billing, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, and a strong work ethic.

Horizon Recruitment Bonus Program
Eligible Hires and Payment Structure:
Full Time hires will receive $300 after 30 days of continuously working and another $300 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $600.
Part Time hires will receive $150 after 30 days of continuously working and another $150 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $300.
