  • General repairs including plumbing, electrical, floor covering, painting and seasonal needs.

  • Troubleshooting all building systems to proactively maintaining outpatient building operations

  • Coordination with vendor and subcontractors

  • Monthly building audits, inspections, regulatory and code requirement.

  • Completes all appropriate paperwork

  • Takes direction from the Property Supervisor on issues concerning property management and maintenance; manages productivity and daily job responsibilities

  • Performs cleaning, repairing, maintaining, constructing, renovating, demolishing and moving building systems as needed. Ensures that building meets all appropriate compliance.

  • Performs universal precautions and uses personal protective equipment, follows all OSHA, DOH and building regulations

  • Preforms regulatory building audits, tickets, inspections, maintains reports and tracking systems to provide a safe and healthy environment for all patients and staff

  • Provide maintenance of all interior and exterior outpatient property conditions.

  • Additional duties may be required, but are not limited to the following: renovation projects including alterations of walls, carpentry, drywall, electrical, doors, ceilings, plumbing, floor covering and paint

  • Communicates effectively and prioritizes tasks.

  • Navigates and utilizes a computer-based work order system.

  • Is physically able to lift 50+ pounds.

Side Note: You must possess a clean NYS driver’s license and have reliable transportation to travel locally on a regular basis.

Position Hours

Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Horizon 2021 Recruitment Bonus Program

Eligible Hires and Payment Structure:

  • Full Time hires will receive $300 after 30 days of continuously working and another $300 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $600.

  • Part Time hires will receive $150 after 30 days of continuously working and another $150 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $300.

  • Bonus will be paid according to the employee’s PT or FT status as of Dec. 31st
