What will your day look like?

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities you will have include:
Conducting comprehensive patient pre-screening assessments and developing treatment plans that identify patients’ needs and strengths
Participating in weekly one-on-ones with your manager, as well as team meetings, to discuss case presentations
Coordinating and collaborating with other service providers and family members
Attending trainings via our new state-of-the-art learning management system where you will gain the necessary knowledge to be a successful counselor

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service, Social Work or related field with a CASAC

You’ll coordinate a personalized schedule with your supervisor that will meet both the clinic and patients’ needs as well as yours. We are looking for those who are interested in working afternoons and evenings shift--both part time and full time shifts are available!
