Scope and Purpose:
Provides oversight of all seasonal holiday programs and services for youth and families within the service area of the Gloversville Corps.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Angel Tree Program (Childrens toy collection and distribution)
Warm the Children (Childrens winter clothing drive and distribution)
Holiday services intake including data entry of families and children
Coordinate Volunteer and volunteer groups as needed for the packing and distribution of gifts and goods
Retrieve donations as needed from various community partners through consistent communication
Assist Corps Officer with all Salvation Army Christmas Children's programs and services
Organize and facilitate proper storage of seasonal supplies and equipment at programs end
Ensure Corps Community Center is clean and properly reset for non-holiday operations

Qualifications
SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
Must have a valid drivers liscense that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements
Must be organized, able to work well with others, and highly motivated to serve the youth within the loca community
