About the Role

Starting at $15.00 per hour!

We need a Hero! Do you love rising to a challenge? Are you always looking to learn more? Do you want to develop more connections throughout the company? If you answered yes to these questions then the brand new LEGOLAND NY HEROS department wants to hear from you. The HEROS team's mission is to support all departments across the park, delivering exceptional customer service. It is also built to expand your potential and give you the superpower of multiskilling.

Role Description

Various job assignments through out the park in front-facing customer service roles. Postings will change daily, and possibly through out the day to assist the areas of the park most in need of support.

  • To support the park in various job functions through out the day based on the need of staffing, and the flow of guests through the park in any given day.

  • Will cross-train with multiple departments, must maintain knowledge with refresher training, and will have rotating position assignments daily.

  • Potential departments include but are not limited to; Admissions, Parking, Retail, Park Presentation, Resort Experience, Attractions

  • At least two years of fast-moving customer service experience. Preferably in retail, hospitality, F&B, or other in-person service center.

  • A problem solver, with strong verbal communication skills, and high energy.

  • A love of working with customers directly, a willingness for change, and a desire to learn continually.

  • Highly motivated and able to contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team oriented.

  • Ability to professionally interact with clients, co-workers, and managers.

  • Open availability to be able to support theme park operational hours, weekends included, with reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Must be able be on feet, walking, bending, standing or moving constantly throughout the day.

  • Flexible Availability around park hours (peak and nonpeak times)

  • Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays through agreed upon employment

  • Must be 18 or older
