About the Role

Pay starting at: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a Seasonal ROCstar to join our Central Planning Team. This role trains across multiple departments to act as on the ground call out coverage for the resort in front facing customer service positions. Assignments will change daily and possibly throughout the day. The HERO Team's mission is to support all departments across the resort while delivering exceptional customer service along the way. This team is built to expand your potential and give you the superpower of multiskilling. This role reports to the Planning Manager and is a part of the Central Planning Team.

Role Description

Your Responsibilities:

· To cross train with multiple departments, maintain knowledge with refresher training and accept rotating positions throughout the day.

· To support the resort in various job functions throughout the day based on the need of staffing, and the flow of guests throughout the park.

· Potential departments you may assist include but are not limited to: Admissions, Attractions, Entertainment, Guest Excellence, Park Presentation, & Retail.

· Collaborate with department coordinators to ensure any staffing issues are met on a day-to-day basis.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
