NOW HIRING Supervisor - Culinary
We are the face and name of Levy, providing the most premium food and beverage experiences that Levy has to offer, and demonstrating Levy’s value as a restauranteur and distributor in the sports and entertainment industry.
As a Culinary Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Supervising cooks in an assigned area
Understanding menu offerings and presentation
Preparing and cooking products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines
Taking on extra responsibilities including but not limited to sanitation, HAACP programs, ordering, etc.
Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours
Must be competent in all stations and able to run an entire area
And most importantly, help display a positive attitude toward teammates.

The Culinary Supervisor ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, is a culinary graduate with a refined skill set and displays proven leadership skills with experience.
