Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC MANUFACTURING ENGINEER INTERN in Grand Island, New York

Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity for a summer 2024 intern to join the Engineering team at our Grand Island, NY facility.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with Production and Engineering personnel to identify areas of improvement
  • Support engineering team with project execution
  • Help with engineering and manufacturing documentation.
  • Provide engineering support related to capital projects
  • Learn about process instrumentation diagrams and equipment operation manuals through daily activities
  • Specific tasks will be tailored to the interns experience level and abilities
  • Compensation - $20.50/hr - $24.50/hr depending on level of education

Requirements

  • Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor's degree in a related engineering, science or life science field
  • Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university
  • Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; andmust be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
  • Ability to learn and be mentored. Familiar with AutoCAD, P&ID drawings, MS office
  • Intern candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Our internships are unable to accommodate OPT.
  • Interns are responsible for their own housing.
