- PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT*
Performs outdoor maintenance work.
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
Performs general lawn care including cutting grass, weed removal and hedge trimming
Performs general ground care including cleaning debris and trash and sweeping parking lot
Cleans around facilities including mill, bins, warehouse, shop, storage shed and drying bins
Cleans seed lab germinator
Performs warehouse work as needed including tagging, bagging and cleaning
Participates in Adopt-A-Highway clean-up
Paints portions of buiding and parking lot

May be required to drive on company business.
Attends meetings as necessary.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Prefer a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
