This position is scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week.

The Ticket Sales and Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the business

operations and gameday management of the athletics ticketing office. This individual will

engage with current season ticket holders, prospect for new clients, group sales, and

individual tickets.

The Ticket Sales and Operations Coordinator will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement.


Professional Experience/ Qualifications
Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational skills and an ability to provide high level customer service and build strong community relationships.

Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite skills, a detail-oriented approach and the ability to reconcile accounts is critical.

Demonstrated collaborative style and the ability to work effectively within a diverse population of patrons, coaches, community members, alumni, students, faculty and staff.

Strong recordkeeping skills.
Candidate must be able to communicate verbally and written and utilize complex software systems.

This position requires night and weekend hours during athletic seasons as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in a collegiate or professional athletics setting is preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of ticket sales and operations.

Experience with AudienceView or other ticket sales platform.

Demonstrated exposure to grass roots marketing and design concepts, and ticket package promotions.

Demonstrated experience with third party ticket buyers is preferred.

Direct marketing experience is preferred

Associates degree or higher preferred

Physical Requirements

Other Information
A current valid driver's license, in accordance with the University's Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy is required.
