Boss Facility Services Inc. HVAC Account Coordinator I in Hauppauge, New York
BOSS Facility Services is searching for an enthusiastic and purpose driven individual with excellent organization skills for an Account Coordinator I position in our HVAC Department. This position is full time and requires you to be on site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required. This position will warrant a friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional manner with exceptional communication (written, verbal and listening) skills. Although we do not require HVAC knowledge, we expect a willingness and desire to learn. Must have Office 365 experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring all service requests and dispatches are well documented, coordinated, prioritized, and organized. Overseeing HVAC services for Clients on a daily basis. Actively listening to Client needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions. Coordinating, scheduling and dispatching service calls. Managing internal database. Efficiently and correctly corresponding with third party providers. Resolving Client issues and concerns. Informing Clients of any anticipated delays and any additional information needed. Meeting deadlines. Reviewing vendor quotes and proposals. Permanent Account Coordinators are required, but not guaranteed, to participate in On Call Rotation.

Individual must be highly organized, resourceful and results oriented, with the desire and ability to take the initiative and multitask on a fast paced service oriented environment that is focused on growth.
