Small Motor Equipment Operator
Hourly Rate: $19.01 per hour
Additional $2.00 per hour if running low boys
Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Employment Period: Mid-April to End of October 2025
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Small Motor Equipment Operators to join our team for the 2025 construction season. The role will involve hauling gravel and blacktop as well as manual labor, including shoveling. The operator will also be expected to safely operate small motorized equipment and assist with other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate small motor equipment to haul gravel and blacktop.
- Perform shoveling and other physical labor tasks as required.
- Assist other team members with various construction duties.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and work as part of a team.
Requirements:
- CDL license required.
- Experience with small motorized equipment preferred.
- Ability to handle physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong team player with a focus on safety.
