Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Job Summary: Responsible for performing assistance on various projects and tasks related to recruitment.

Reports To: Recruitment Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help with walk-in applicants, online and on-sight marketing.

  • Call and schedule interviews with candidates.

  • Verify employment references and certification on all new hires.

  • Audit new hires paperwork.

  • Prepare the orientation activities.

  • Update internal databases with new employee information.

  • Distribute flyers digital formats or hard copies which require presence in the field.

  • Data entry.

  • File management.

  • Perform the full range of clerical duties assigned.

    Specialized Skills and Competencies:

    Ability to plan and conduct duties in accordance with age appropriate capabilities and needs of the elderly and adult population.

    Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • One (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience. (Everything needed to know will also be taught if no experience or knowledge of all tasks)

  • Computer skills required (Microsoft)

  • Previous customer service preferable

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Speak)

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory
