This role reports to the Sales Manager.
What you’ll do
Engaging with Customers: You'll handle inbound calls, actively listening to our customers and using your knowledge of our products to guide them toward making a purchase.
Promoting Our Products: Through suggestive selling and sharing detailed information, you'll help customers understand the value and beauty of our floral arrangements.
Processing Orders: You'll efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing orders across various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Resolving Inquiries: Your goal will be to address customer questions and concerns in a manner that resolves issues quickly, ideally during the first interaction.
Upholding Our Brand: As a representative of Lovingly, you will maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude, contributing to the positive image and reputation of our brand.
Staying Informed: You'll keep yourself updated on changes in our product offerings and policies to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our customers.
Handling Varied Responsibilities: In addition to your main tasks, you'll also perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our call center.

Experience in the floral industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with sales and marketing fundamentals
Excellent command of the English language.
Familiar with G-Suite.
This is a temporary, seasonal position, typically requiring availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility is required, as schedules may vary and will occasionally include long hours and weekend work during peak holiday periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
