Drives and operates farm machines to grow and harvest combination of kinds of crops such as berries, vegetables, and flowers. Attaches farm implements such as plow, seed drill, manure spreader, and trailers and running gears to tractor and drives tractor and operates implements in the field and barnyard. Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables, fruits, nuts, and field crops. Use hand tools such as shovel, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may include tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops, picking, cleaning, packing, and loading crops. Harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. May construct trellises, repair fences, and farm buildings, or participate in irrigation activities. Set up and operate irrigation equipment. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Inform farm managers of crop progress. Clean and maintain irrigation ditches. Record information about crops, yields, or costs. Must have six months verifiable experience in the above.

- Repetitive movements, extensive pulling/pushing, and frequent bending/stooping.
