As part of their ongoing growth, they are actively seeking an accomplished Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Legal Expertise: The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of combined experience, encompassing both law firm and in-house roles, with a specialization in various legal areas including:

• Commercial contracts

• Construction contracts

• Vendor agreements

• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

• Consultant agreements

• Corporate governance

1. Bar Admission: Admittance to the New York Bar is a prerequisite for this role.

2. Autonomy and Collaboration: The successful candidate will excel at working both independently and collaboratively within a team. They should demonstrate a self-starting attitude, particularly given the primary remote work nature of this position.

3. Occasional Office Presence: While this role is predominantly remote, only candidates residing in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut will be considered. In-person visits to the New York office may be necessary on a short notice.
