Pay Rate: $17.00 hr. plus an extra $2.00 hr. for hours worked between Friday 11:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 pm
35 hours - Wednesday 6pm - 11pm, Thursday 2pm - 11pm, Friday 2pm - 11pm and Saturday 9am - 9pm.

What you'll do in this job:
In conjunction with the Supervisor, oversee the day - to-day operations of the d esignated program location and ensure appropriate staff coverage .
Oversee and support the development of staff; provide training to program staff on all aspects of their role; orient new staff to their duties and responsibilities and arrange for ongoing training as required; collaborate with the Supervisor for the evaluation process for assigned staff.
Ensure proper use of individuals ' funds per program requirements
Develop a shared relationship with the individuals that supports the unique personal desires and needs of everyone served; provide assistance to the individual with decision-making, problem solving and providing encouragement to become as much of a self-advocate as possible.
Work in a professional and ethical manner ; establish a trusting relationsh i p with the individuals served by being reliable and on time when prov i ding supports and/or activities based on the individuals stated valued outcomes and goals.
Understand and report all instances of physical or emotional harm to the individual by others in accordance with Agency policies and procedures relative to OPWDD Part 624 regulations; ensure the safety and well-being of the individual immediately following any incidents of physical or emotional harm .
As needed, provide medication administration support to each individual based on their skills and abilities as defined in their Plan(s); comply with all Agency policies and procedures relative to the administration of medications to individuals served.

The requirements of this position:
High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC).
One-year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Exceptional written, communication, and computer skills.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to be certified in all required trainings.
Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
