Climb ladders and pluck apples and pears from trees (75%), move from site to site (10%), leave apples and pears in bins (10%), orchard maintenance (5%).
Requirements:
- Workers must have a minimum of 3 months experience in performing the tasks described.
- Lifting requirement 60 pounds.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures/frequent stooping/repetitive movements.
