We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Kingston West region, with our residence located in Hurley.

Jeffrey Lane is a beautiful home in the small historic hamlet of Hurley, only minutes from Kingston. The residence, home to six very active men, has beautiful scenic views of the Catskill mountains. Do you like outdoor activities? These men love to hike, go biking and swim. This home has music playing often, so bring your musical talent to work. Maybe you enjoy watching movies? So do the men at Jeffrey Lane - watching at home, or in the theater, and even the drive-in. If you have a special talent that you would enjoy sharing, you can make a difference and truly enrich the lives of the men at this residence.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Saturday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, with flexibility, based on needs of program

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Supervisory experience

  • Computer skills

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's license
