Position Summary:

Responsible for selling and servicing department store accounts including all aspects of follow through and communication with accounts and internal departments to ensure achievement of sales goals.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and foster robust relationships with store accounts/buyers 2. Develop and implement business strategy across the specialty channel to achieve corporate sales goals. 3. Project and sell seasonal line purchases down to SKU level for accounts 4. Keep accurate seasonal booking information by account5. Create custom line sheets to present to specialty accounts5. Learn and present seasonal EF collection, key brand messages to present to accounts via in person and virtual appointments7. Partner with Buyer and Planning team on forecasting Open to Buy (OTB)8. Develop and execute in season action plans to drive sales and enhance natural margin performance9. Analyze weekly sales numbers and react to business opportunities through reorders/managing inventory11. Maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations and shipping status/order tracking for accounts12. Manage seasonal collective specialty co-op to drive marketing and advertising initiatives 13. Partner with marketing to coordinate special events by account/by door


Required SkillsRequired Experience

Education: College degree preferred

Required Skills & Experience: 5 or more years wholesale sales experience in women’s sportswear, preferably better/bridge, with emphasis on servicing major department store businesses

Desired Experience: Must be able to demonstrate strong merchandising skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be organized with the ability to follow through effectively. Retail math skills and Word/Excel experience needed.
