Tompkins Learning Partners in Ithaca, NY is seeking to fill the Executive Director’s position as the long tenured current director is retiring this summer. Our mission is to help adults who live or work in Tompkins County meet their personal goals, free of charge, by improving their ability to read, write, and speak English, and to use math and computers.Description: The search committee of Tompkins Learning Partners seeks a skilled and dynamic agency director to build on the success of an important and effective adult literacy organization in Tompkins County. A strong candidate will have experience managing staff, working with volunteers, including a volunteer board of directors while ensuring a welcoming environment for all. The position requires proven success in fundraising, securing grants, strategic planning, writing, reporting and budgeting, as well as using, maintaining and upgrading computer software and office technology. Experience and an interest in building and grounds maintenance is also a plus.
Minimum Salary: 58,000 Maximum Salary: 62,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
