Cook Specialty is needed with two (2) years experience as a Specialty Cook or Chef performing following job duties: Plan menus and cook Indian and Bangladeshi specialty dishes - Kacchi Biryani, Murog Polao, Beef Teheri, Bhuna Khichuri, Goat Rezala, Goat Karahi, Kala Bhuna, Chicken Roast, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Karahi, Aloo/Begun Bhorta, Fish Dopiaju, Fish w.Sabzi, Whole Porgy Curry and Borhani. Season and cook food according to prescribed method. Estimate food consumption, requisitions and purchase supplies. Portion and garnish food.
